Tell us about your brand, your product range and your trade terms. The application takes about ten minutes. We review every submission — this is a curated Library, not an open marketplace.
We review and onboard
Our team reviews your application within three working days. If successful, we'll begin the onboarding process, working with you to get your products listed via API accurately and compellingly.
Products go live
Your full product range is live and in The Library, searchable by our AI assistant, with tearsheets available to download and sample and bespoke quote requests enabled from day one.
Orders start flowing
Sample requests, bespoke enquiries and direct orders come through our portal. You receive structured, trackable requests — all in one place.

We curate very carefully. The Library's value to designers and specifiers comes from its selectivity — they trust our curation style, values and the quality we select for them. That means that in some instances we say no, and we're honest about why.
We look for suppliers that meet these criteria:
- British — designed, made or significantly produced in the UK
- Sustainability-driven — products made with planet and people in mind
- Independent — not owned by a mass-market parent company
- Trade-ready — able to supply at trade pricing with consistent lead times
- Sample-capable — able to provide physical samples for designer review
- Quality-first — products that hold their own in a client presentation
